Department: Collection and Marketing
Salary: Ksh 18,000 – Ksh 20,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone, email, or letters.
- Negotiating repayment plans and settlements.
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions and agreements.
- Skip tracing (locating hard-to-find debtors).
- Ensuring legal compliance in collection efforts.
- Handling customer inquiries and disputes.
- Meeting collection targets and quotas.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Customer Service Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 2–3 years in marketing and collections.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of call monitoring tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work independently or in a team.
